A Little About Me ...

I'm Denise Greene, a real estate agent with Scenic Sotheby's International Realty.  I have extensive knowledge of the Destin, Sandestin, Santa Rosa Beach and 30A markets and 25+ years of experience in the financial services industry. The financial analysis skills that I acquired are a real asset to you in making smart real estate decisions.

My family and I moved to the Emerald Coast in 2006 from Boston, MA. Our love for this area was born many years prior when the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort became our family's favorite vacation spot. We had been vacationing here years, and living among the beautiful, emerald green waters and sugary white sand beaches had always been a dream. So, my husband Kevin and I decided not to wait a moment longer to turn that dream into reality.

We have two wonderful children, both of whom were easily convinced to make the move to the beautiful Emerald Coast. Our son attends Seacoast Collegiate High School at Northwest Florida State College and our daughter attends Fort Walton Beach High School
and the Pre-Professional Ballet Program at Northwest Florida Ballet. With the abundant activities this area has to offer, they both enjoy "living on vacation". After our first year, my parents also made the move to the Emerald Coast, making our life here complete. On my days off you can find me with my family spending time on the beach, playing tennis, kayaking, YOLOing or biking. I believe in keeping a good balance of work and family life, as they are the utmost important to me. I am also active in the local arts, business and education communities, placing a high importance on networking, continuing education and making our community the best it can be.
