Denise, I have to write to tell you what a pleasure it has been to work with you to purchase our new home!  Actually, the last two homes!  When I think of you the words that come to mind are pleasant, professional, and prepared.
We have really appreciated that you are always so upbeat and, even though you must have shown us dozens of houses (some of them multiple times), you never seemed to mind and cheerfully would say that we’d find the right one eventually!  And we did!  We were excited to buy the “second home” that we purchased three years ago, and now that we’re here full time we are super-excited to be purchasing our “forever home!”  Maybe I should add a fourth word – you are SO patient!

Every time we went house hunting, you always had the right houses to visit, the route laid out and scheduled, and lots of information for us to look at, make notes on, and keep so that we could remember what was what.  When you look at so many houses like we did, it gets hard to keep them straight.  The information you provided was invaluable in keeping us organized.

And finally, although pleasant and “fun”, you maintain a level of professionalism that was always appropriate.  When we wanted more information from the Seller or their agent, or when we got to negotiating on a couple of occasions, your knowledge of the real estate business and the way you can relate that information to people like us kept the process comfortable for us.  We were never worried that we didn’t know what was going on or that we could make a mistake because you kept us informed throughout.
